I had a great experience at this restaurant! I placed a mobile order ahead of time, but unfortunately, when I arrived, they were running behind schedule and my order was not yet ready. However, the staff were very nice and apologetic about the situation. Later, I returned to see if my order was ready and was prepared to pay again (since I understood it was my responsibility), but the young lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating. I didn't catch her name, but she was wearing a New York style "Dieucks" pullover. Overall, I was impressed by the customer service and would definitely recommend this restaurant.
The worst place I've ever experienced I waited to my food and coffee then when I came into the window she literally told me that she didn't change for $50 well, I'm late for work and I won't be able to eat coffee or drink until my brake, which is 5 hours away,thanks to the ruin of my day
I typically go out of my way to avoid this particular Starbucks location, even though it is the closest one to me. They have a tendency to close the lobby when they are short-staffed, yet still allow mobile pick-up orders to be placed. Other locations will disable mobile orders on the app if they are unable to support in-lobby pickup. This has happened five times within the past two months. I always regret giving them another chance, as their management is consistently poor.
No sugarless hot cocoa on the menu. Lady said it was discontinued long ago.
