Frisky Fox Vineyard Winery - Riceville

I recently tried this wine during my visit to Minnesota, and I must say it was by far the best wine I've ever had! When I return for another visit, I will definitely stock up on more bottles to take home. If they ever start shipping to Texas, I will be one of the first to place an order! We visited Frisky Fox Winery for the first time yesterday, and we absolutely loved it! We were able to taste every wine on the menu while being entertained by the owner, Richard. I honestly would have bought a bottle of almost every wine we tried since they were all so delicious! We initially wanted to purchase one or two bottles, but we left with twelve! The sangria was also fantastic. We will definitely be returning!

Owner chatted with us during the tasting (and there's a lot to taste! and was very informative.The habenero wine is a must try and while I didn't have them, the rest of my party also liked the wine slushies.We enjoyed the selection enough that we got 12 bottles to take home between the three of us.

Wow! What a selection of great wines- everything from bold reds, dry whites and my favorite, the rhubarb wine. The owner is knowledgeable and passionate about making wine. We enjoyed a glass or two of our favorites outside in the picnic area and went home with several bottles. I highly recommend coming here if you are in the area.
