Fujiyama Japanese Steak House

Wow. Visiting from Seattle, so we use to 5 star service. Great food, excellent service, and a great show. Comical and exciting. Food was cooked to perfection and the staff were nice and friendly. The chef spoke to each person at the table and made them feel welcome.

I was a little hesitant as I had heard mixed reviews. When they first opened it was rave reviews but recently I heard of bad dining experiences. However we have a rule that birthday dinners are birthday person 's choice and my 17 year old son wanted to go. Well I can definitely say that we where not disappointed. It really was a dinner and a show. Our chef Julio was on par with entertainment, witty, interaction we where laughing all night. We had our fill to eat and unfortunately we where so entertained I didn 't take a single photo of our dinner experience. To me that is a good thing. Satisfaction from our whole crew, it 's hard to fill hungry teen boys and Fujiyama did not disappoint. It was a good choice and we would gladly dine here again.

Overall the food has lost its zing. New Cook? Server was top notch and attentive. Definitely will continue our culinary endeavor at Fujiamas'.

Marked down 1 star because calamari appetizers didn't arrive until food was already coming off the hibachi and it was cold. Other that that, the meal was terrific and the hibachi chef was quite entertaining. The sukiyaki had terrific flavor and the scallops were cooked perfectly.

Really good good food but I don't like to be seated next to someone I don't know and unfortunately the service isn't the best .. but once a year should be good
