Panda Express - Richmond

You can open doors/drive thru at 10:30, but not ready to serve food. It is 10:40 and I was told 10min waiting time for noodles. Also, ask me to park and they would bring it out to avoid the ride thru timer. Sorta defectes the purpose of having a timer in place. The company wants to track the customer's waiting period. Duh!

He was in charge at 8:46 and had 6 cars in front of us. When we were on order, we were informed that they were closed at 8:58. Food stinks anyway, tastes like it was heated up in a microwave. Definitely won't be back. Went to Raisin Canes, where the food is always hot and fresh. Don't waste your time coming here! Updated review: I tried to give this place another chance as my little guy had a free Panda Cub Meal voucher from school. He placed the order online at 10:30 A.M and had the pickup for 12:00 P.M. He had ordered a can of water for the drink. We came and went to pick up. The order was not ready, what was understandable and so we waited. It didn't take long to fix it and she gave my son his meal and gave him a Coke Zero for his drink. He and I were both confused because he didn't order that. She traded miffed and showed me the printed order card that said a dietary coke. Luckily, my son had his phone with him and pulled the command that sprinkled water. Of course they didn't, and he had to get something else. I'd take the one star away if I could.

Can't go wrong with the Teriyaki Chicken, but I have liked everything I have tried on the menu. Today I tried the Sweet Fire Chicken and it was delicious! Just a little warm, but not too hot because I am a sissy! Lol

Great service, great food. I stop here several times a month, and it is always delicious and hot. Today I misplaced my bank card and didn?t realize it until after I ordered. I explained what happened while in the drive thru. I pulled my car around and parked and frantically searched my car for the missing card. While doing so, an employee came out to my car and gave me my order ?on the house? per the manager. Incredibly generous and much appreciated

What is it about Panda Express that makes me start to drool? I saw their sign from the interstate and had to stop. There fried rice had just come from the kitchen, and the teriyaki chicken had my mouth watering. The only thing I could have wanted to be different is the teriyaki sauce for on top of the meal, the packets just aren't the same.
