This is my favorite pizza place!I have been going to Pepperoni’s since I was young in Sugar Land!I had a small issue awhile back, but when I called spoke to the manager he made sure it was taken care of!The pizza is always delicious and the staff is very friendly!I highly recommend the pizza here!
Very good customer service on the phone and in person. Pizza I normally order is pepperoni which is my grandsons favorite.
Wait was horrendous..it happens...but customer service was top notch and handled the issue appropriately and pizza was on point!
This Pepperoni’s restaurant is the worst. They always take 10-15 minutes longer than the scheduled pickup time, and it’s not because they are busy. Almost half of the time I place an order for my family that has dietary restrictions due to allergies and other medical conditions, they screw up the order. I can overlook once or twice, but we order from here regularly. One time they had to make one of my pizzas 3 times when the ticket clearly told them what to put on the pizza AND what to leave off of it. As of right now, I’m still waiting for my order to be completed correctly…35 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. There is almost never someone who looks like an adult working in the restaurant. The manager on duty often is a teenager…if there is a manager at all.I don’t know why I keep ordering from this restaurant, aside from having gluten-free crust and non-dairy cheese options…I wouldn’t.
