Zorba's Pizza Express - Richmond

Used the online ordering for delivery. After waiting more than an hour, I called to check on it. The guy who answered just said, We have no orders right now. I explained how and when I placed my order, and he just repeated himself verbatim. So, my card was charged $25, and I got no food, no apology, and no effort to make it right. That 's not just bad customer service, it 's theft. These folks are scammers.

Good is always good, delivery has always been timely. They don't screw you over with extra delivery charges.

DO NOT USE THE ONLINE WEBSITE. Call or walk in... DO NOT USE THE ONLINE WEBSITE. You will be charged and they WILL NOT make your food Walked in and they told me repeatedly to call and cancel. Called the number on my receipt and it just sends me back to them who say I have no order. DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE!!!

Just called to place an order and the guy on the line was extremely rude and made it sound like he was being inconvenienced. Plenty of pizza out there, no need to put up with nasty service.

I was looking for a slice of pizza that had the classic Philadelphia style: loose enough to fold over, pliable, and a little greasy. However, the crust at this restaurant was tight and bland, lacking in flavor. While the pizza did have a lot of toppings, it didn't quite hit the mark for me. The closest I've found to authentic Philly style pizza is at the Costco snack bar, which I found to be delicious. I think I'll stick to ordering Zorba's yummy steak sandwiches in the future.
