Texas De Brazil - Richmond Heights

This was the best dining experience I have ever had! Even though I am not a big fan of meat, I must say that the meat I had at this restaurant was the best I have ever tasted. The staff was incredibly patient with my family and even my grandmother. Our waitress, Joanne, always took care of us and made sure we were enjoying our meal.

Very slow. they get a small piece of meat every 20 minutes. the salatable is not good, not as we expected. disappointed, not what I was told about texas de brasilien.

Some of the meat was cooked beautifully, some dried and tasteless. Long waits between meats swords, at one stage over 10 minutes! The wine selection, although large on paper, did not have our first three choices, the one we finally chose was a $12 malbec sold for $55. On the day, overpriced and not the quality it should have been. Unlikely to return.

This is more 3-1/2 stars. I have been to several other Brazilian steakhouses and, though this was more modest, I found the food and service pretty good. There is a nice variety of meats and the gauchos came by regularly, although the filet mignon was only offered once while I was there. The filet mignon was the best. The salad bar and the hot bar also had a nice range of dishes. Especially appreciated the greens and numerous salad toppings. The au gratin potatoes were good. The prosciutto was tough. Several seafood items here, too: shrimp, salmon, and lobster bisque. It was sometimes hard to get our servers attention but our waters were mostly kept filled. We didn't get the little cheesy puffs until we asked for them, and they were amongst the favorites on the table. It seemed like there was a manpower issue, as tables didn't turn over and get reset very quickly and there were several parties waiting for their tables! Also, dirty dishes stacked up without anyone offering to take them away. $47/plate seems reasonable for all you can eat (except for desserts and drinks We'll come back.

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. Despite some negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by how perfect everything was. All cuts of meat, including the lamb, were cooked to perfection. While Tucanos may have the lunch contract, this place is definitely a step up.
