Refused to offer anything to anyone’s birthday. Disappointment. I have been a regular customer. Not even to a loyal fan.

The persian guy Daniel is nice and has good customer service skills. He made my visit delightful, and makes nice coffee!

Apple pie was not as good as advertised, the apple inside was raw.

Great pastries. The staff were really nice as well.

Always a great experience. The staff are friendly. Sometimes, they charge me a dollar extra, which is why I rated how I did. I asked, and they said it was because of the oat milk. I don't understand why it's differently priced each time. Overall fresh. Great packaging. And it tastes amazing. Highly recommend. Seating can be more comfortable and chic. Also, it would have helped to have more space. The young guy with the bald hair is amiable and very considerate. Always pays attention to the customers.
