Domino's Pizza - Ripon

Ignored for 5 minutes, only person there, dishwasher helped me, pizza sucked Service: Take out Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Made the mistake of sticking up for an employee from another employee and they made it sound ok but my pizza sucked and it was burnt never will order from there again

I placed my online order right when they opened at 11:00 am; 1 order of wings and some bread...that's it. I called to check on the order 1-1/2 hours later and sat on hold for 5 minutes. I called back a second time and sat on hold again for another few minutes. I was then told my order was out for delivery. 1-1/2 hours later, I was rewarded with the most rubbery chicken that I've ever had. TOTALLY NOT SATISFIED WITH TODAY'S SERVICE.

Every time we order pizza at this location, it's hot and ready within the time frame given. Staff is always friendly too!

While the pizza is just pizza and glad it's there in a pinch...WHY don't the coupons on line ever work? Then the stor says there's nothing they can do. Why offer them if they don't work?
