Super friendly staff. Crazy that he's a one man show. He did a great job, I just didn't really enjoy my food. Nothing negative to say, just not for me.

Good food but they got the poor guy by himself here : he trapping by himself for a while. Hire more employees they got him doing cashier, cook, and dishwasher

The burger was delicious but the fries tasted like they were fried with fish.Yuck!

Ive eaten here a few times now each time ive tried something new and i have not been disappointed ever . The food here is consistently delicious today I had the Is hawaiian salmon Burger and it is absolutely wonderful So much flavor I accompanied it with the garlic available price and these are delicious. I previously had the Greek lamburger the Angus beef and the Spanish beef all of those are such wonderful flavors also. My husband loved the cheesy fries and all of his burgers that hes had here he loves as well the chicken sandwiches are delicious also I haven't tried the crispy chicken but I'm looking for to that. The restaurant is always Is super clean the decor Is modern and current and the booths are very comfortable. The staff is always incredibly friendly In thoughtful and make wonderful suggestions

I love BurgerIM, but I will never go to this location again. I would only go to La Sierra because their quality and customer service. I started coming to this location because it was close to home, and they didn't get much business, and now I know why. I would spend $50 every visit, and half the time my orders would be wrong. I got tired of it so I complained about food I received, and the owner told me she could give me one item again but not my burger. She said she gets scammed a lot of people trying to tell her they didn't get their orders right, but she completely disrespected me and my husband. I will never go to this location again, and I advise everyone else to visit a different location where they truly care about customer service., and get orders correct. Also, food hazard: they let employees children into the kitchen.
