Jack In The Box - Riverside

Today I was BANNED , and told they were going to call the police if I didn 't leave . The reasoning behind it ,was because I had returned a flavorless ice mocha coffee, and asked for my refund .. So, I 'm suppose stay quit, and drink an inconsistent product. I left however, I 'm not uneducated person, or a criminal to be talked to in that manner (calling the police over coffee sounds ridiculous) . The better bushiness bureau will be contacted, also area district manager, and headquarters.. Maybe they can talk, and act with other people like that but not me.

Ordering from this one always makes my stomach hurt.

This restaurant deserves NO STARS! Unfortunately I was unable to do that.....I 've been holding off on leaving a review on this Jack In The Box in hopes that every time I go there the outcome would be different. Unfortunately the outcome is still the same has been this way for MONTHS..Wether I 'm Doordashing or picking up food for myself or family I still receive the same service. I get attitude it seems like they hate their job. I get working in the FAST FOOD industry sucks but if it 's truly that bad you feel the need to treat customers like complete **** there are other FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS or RETAIL STORES that are hiring try working there...From now on I will not be going to this establishment will be driving 4-5miles out of my way to a different Jack In The Box where I know the customer service is 5 stars. I will turn down orders from this Jack In The Box when I 'm Doordashing refuse to go to this restaurant for food for myself or my family. The food is cold the quality is horrible. When I was asked what sauce I wanted I requested hot sauce, BBQ, Ranch Honey Mustard..I didn 't even get the words Honey Mustard out before she turned away to get the other sauces...When I got home there was a **** load of ketchup I didn 't ask for ketchup , hot sauce, Ranch BBQ.......No HONEY MUSTARD When the worker handed me my drink I didn 't even have a full grip on it I almost dropped it not to mention I had the drink running down my arm let alone the side of my car..........The worker TRINITY didn 't even apologize or bother to ask if I needed napkins....If I were the worker I would 've apologized gave the customer napkins definitely wouldn 't have turned my back when the customer is requesting condiments....When I go into the restaurant for an order the store is totally trashed never cleaned or put together........I do not recommend this place unless you want **** customer service food. CRAZY how no one from this establishment has replied back or apologized for poor customer service ‍

I went on 5/16 around 1:30-2am.I would not be recommending or even returning to this jack in the box. So I order the ultimate cheese burger munchie meal and got food poisoning stay away late night. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this jack in the box the last time I was here I bit into a burger and there was a piece of cardboard in my burger and it wasn't a small piece it was about an inch...STAY AWAY LATE NIGHT

Worst jack in the box to go to! Ordered a Oreo shake and had to wait an extra 10 mins just for the shake it was still watery. NEVER COMING BACK HERE!
