Jack In The Box - Riverside

The employees at this restaurant location are incredibly impolite. I will not be returning there, even though it is only a 2-minute drive from my house. They are rude and appear to be unhappy about having to work there.

Today I was BANNED , and told they were going to call the police if I didn 't leave . The reasoning behind it ,was because I had returned a flavorless ice mocha coffee, and asked for my refund .. So, I 'm suppose stay quit, and drink an inconsistent product. I left however, I 'm not uneducated person, or a criminal to be talked to in that manner (calling the police over coffee sounds ridiculous) . The better bushiness bureau will be contacted, also area district manager, and headquarters.. Maybe they can talk, and act with other people like that but not me.

I arrived at the restaurant at 5:40 pm on a Saturday. There was a large person at the drive-thru window who had a bad attitude when I asked them to confirm the total. The total on the screen was $12.50, but when I got to the window, they said it was $14.30. I then saw the employee throw fries into the bag and give me a drink that was watered down with soda dripping off the side. There were no napkins, and the fries and chicken tenders were cold. Half of the fries were missing as well. It was a simple order for just one meal, so it was disappointing to have such a bad experience. Make sure to confirm the price at the order screen to avoid dealing with rude customer service.

I placed an order at this restaurant and did not receive what I had ordered. When I called to inform them of the mistake, the person who answered the phone simply said "hello", making me think I had the wrong number. After asking multiple times if I had reached Jack in the Box, the person finally confirmed it in a rude manner. She was not friendly or apologetic. When I asked for a solution to the wrong order, she suggested I come back another day. I insisted on a replacement burger immediately, but she simply said okay and hung up. However, the young man at the drive-thru window was very friendly. Unfortunately, my experiences at this location have consistently been unfriendly, and this will be my last visit there.

Ordering from this one always makes my stomach hurt.
