Chick-fil-A - Roanoke

Love the food, their employees, and the atmosphere! So caring and helpful!

One of my favorite places...I'm there five days a week!

I can never find a negative thing to say about this Chick-fil-A. The staff is super friendly, the food is always fresh, as is evident by the line of cars stretching across the parking lot and out into the street nearby. The employees are always good about getting and keeping the line moving. So even with a line of vehicles that stretches to the road, the wait is never extremely long. Every fast food restaurant should take lessons from Chick-fil-A!

Always On Point! From my experiences this location has the friendliest staff and always gets your order right! 10/5 if I could. Story Time: Last night one of their sweet employees offered me a pup cup for my doggo which was really nice of them! I placed it in the center console and drove off happily with dinner. As I was driving home I couldn't help but wonder if that was an endless cup of whipped cream (he was going to town for like 5 minutes) and that's when I realized he had seamlessly transitioned from his pup cup to my frosted lemonade! Needless to say he was bouncing off the walls all night

Our cashier was very friendly. The food arrived at our table before I even sat down. That's what I call fast service. Will definitely do again.
