Majority of the time when you order food it takes a minute to receive it
IM STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK OVER A WEEK LATER. Sheetz replied to this review today. Clearly I stated that I called and made my complaint. Just see their response. How about your team figures out who i am and tell your district manager to call me? I will be inclined to update this review based on how sheetz responds to my phone call to corporate. On 7/24/24 I stopped in to get some snacks and used the restroom before work. When I was coming out of the restroom stall there was a female employee IN THE MENS ROOM cleaning the sinks. There was no announcement that she was coming in and had blocked off the entrance AFTER I had already been in the restroom for several minutes. So I know for a fact there was no announcement of her attempting to enter or even ask if anyone was in the restroom. Had this been a male employee in the women's restroom all hell would break loose. I have filed my complaint and I'm waiting for a district manager to call me back. This is absolutely unacceptable and inappropriate. Sheetz, how do you intend on making this right? I will gladly change this review when you follow through.
I ordered and paid for a beverage and went to the counter to get it. Before handing me the beverage the Sheetz worker loudly asked if I had paid for it which I found to be embarrassing and presumptuous. What about me made him think I was trying to steal a $3.73 beverage? I know there is a machine behind the counter that prints out a little paid sticker. So he could have checked if he had doubts about my integrity. He checked the machine after I showed him my receipt and saw the printout of the paid sticker. Instead of apologizing he tried to backpedal and make excuses. Customer service is normally great here. But I am not interested in spending money at an establishment if employees are going to insinuate that I am trying to steal from them. What makes this experience even more perplexing is that they have a shelf in the store for mobile orders which runs on the honor system. I go here all the time and am disappointed by this experience.
This place is ridiculous on Friday and Saturday nights. How the hell are us doordash/uber people supposed to make money, when it takes 45 minutes for an order we're getting maybe 7 bucks to deliver? The one girl keeps telling me to look at the stupid screen when I ask how long it'll be, but that doesn't tell me a damn thing about how much time I'm gonna waste sitting here, just that they are preparing it. What friggin good is that to me? I'm trying to make money, not sit here with a bunch of dummies waiting for mediocre food at 2 am.
