I had to wait in the drive line 30 to 40 minutes, just to place my order when I came there, was told to wait, I waited another 3 to 4 minutes and when I got my food, the bungalow stale this place was a sweat there lazy. food: 1/5
The customer service here is terrible. they are very slow. you always have to wait a long time and after a while wait my pommes cold. only really disappointed that I really liked wendy’s, but this one really fell on the hill. they also seem closed more, then they are open. Food: 3/5
Awful customer service, lazy employees (cancelled my order as it was 15 minutes till closing. Still waiting on my refund), and just an overall bad experience the last 5 times ive gone there or ordered from there. It was fine about 3 months ago, but whoever they recently hired or fired ruined the entire place.
Drive thru is horrendous service. The boy who took our order without giving us a chance to complete our order. No receipt, or telling us the sale was completed. At the second window we were greeted by another boy with sleeveless Tshirt on. We will never stop there again.
