This is the only Little Caesars that NEVER have Hot-n-Ready pizzas ready. This is the second week in a row I go in to get a pizza and I’m quoted a wait time of 45 minutes. Which is ridiculous when you have team members walking around in the back horse playing. This use to be my favorite little Caesars but I’m disappointed with their service.
We order from this location often for our family movie nights. I ordered two pizzas and three breads at 5:09, said it would be ready at 6:03. Husband got there a little early. The pizza tracker barely moved so he went in to check on the status. He said the location was packed and seemed short staffed, which we understand. But then he’s told minutes later, that one of the employees gave our order to someone else. At this point, it had been 40 mins past the expected pick up time. He wasn’t given a time or even an apology. He was finally given our order at 7PM.Save your money and time. Go elsewhere. Buddy’s or Pizza Hut is nearby and much better.
I normally never have an issue with this little Caesars location but the last time I ordered, the crazy bread was hard and the Hawaiian pizza I ordered wasn’t good. IParking: There is parking available in front of the store but most of the time the spots are taken. You can also park on the side of the store which usually has a few spots available.
Hot n Ready should not mean Hot n Ready in 20-45 minutes. I 'm not sure what 's going on, whether it 's understaffed, or just plain lazy/incompetent. The last 6 times I tried to get a simple Hot n Ready , there is ALWAYS a lengthy wait time, regardless of how busy (or not) the store is. Little Caesars just lost a 40+ year customer,
