Mitchell's Fish Market Rochester

The main issues were with the service at this restaurant. We had to constantly try to get our servers' attention whenever we needed something, and suddenly our initial server's shift ended without letting us know who our new server would be. This resulted in poor service. While the food was decent, it was only average considering the price.

I highly recommend this restaurant as everything from the drinks, salads, entrees, to desserts was delicious! Our server, Emma, was very friendly and attentive.

The happy hour menu is great. I really enjoyed the fish sandwich. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow and the waitstaff seemed inattentive even though the restaurant wasn't very busy.

We had a large party (on Easter) and had great service. The food was decent, the manager was great to seat us by the bar-the food just came out slowly and not all of us ate at once. Our server misheard my brother in law and got the wrong meal but it all worked out-he kept his food. Again-fantastic service! What a great meal-tha k you!!

My husband and I haven’t dined here in quite awhile and it took quite awhile to get our food. The shrimp cocktail was very good, but my husband’s mixed seafood dish both the shrimp and scallops were really hard and over cooked. The fish in the seafood mixture was good.
