I had the barista the first frappucino because it was completely liquid. he made the frappucino new, and he could not use soy milk at both locations. I have no milk allergy, it is pure preference and I will not argue the extra $0.70 for the milk. if I had an allergy, I would probably be in severe stomach pain for the rest of the day.

I really liked this location because it's conveniently situated along the road, but lately, they have been incredibly slow, almost like molasses. This was especially evident this Wednesday morning.

The service here is prompt and friendly, and the café has a charming atmosphere with plenty of seating. It offers a great selection of baked goods for both enjoyment and retail. The café and restrooms are clean, and there is ample parking available.

The experience could have been better. The service was slow, which resulted in a watered-down iced coffee that tasted more like cream than coffee. I requested less than a teaspoon of cream, but it was still too much. I ended up spilling the drink as well. I also ordered a blueberry muffin that was almost forgotten, and I had to remind the waiter about it after a long wait.

Poor quality latte. I expect more from a $4+ drink. When I asked for a remake because the original tasted like water, instead of asking if the second was better they handed me the same watery latte. Won't be back.
