Bonbino's Pizza - Rockville Centre

My coworker and I called at 11:30 AM to order two lunch specials of penne alla vodka with chicken. When we arrived, the staff informed us that the total would be $38 for the two specials. We were taken aback, as each lunch special is priced at $12.95, making the total should have been around $25. The staff member then mentioned, “You didn’t specify that you wanted the lunch special over the phone.” We regret not walking out at that moment and will never spend our money on their food again.

I can't say enough good things about this local pizza spot. The staff is fantastic, and the food is delicious. Our animal hospital placed an online order, but after refreshing the page, we discovered that some items hadn’t saved. I called to order and pay for them, and they generously gave them to me for free. This place is the best in the area, and I will definitely be a returning customer!

Bonbino's isn't an upscale restaurant. The vibe is more like a neighborhood pizzeria, but that's perfectly alright. What truly stands out is the incredible food and the friendly service. We'll definitely be returning!

Very nice people running this restaurant. The pizza was not bad, however not up to my standards. Try it, you may have a different opinion.
