This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with this store. My and my mother’s coffee was bitter no flavor in the caramel macchiato that we ordered. The customer service here is always amazing! Everyone is always nice and the food is always hot and the drinks are always amazing! ?

The delivery driver had not delivered my items after over 2 hours, and I live only 15 minutes away. When I text this person, named Rebecca, to inquire about the order, she initially acted like she did not know what I was talking about. Then she said that Dunkin’ donuts has messed up my order. I then text her a copy of my order. 5 minutes later my order was cancelled. I had saw on the map that her car was at Dunkin’ Donut at least an hour before I contacted her. I believe she was dishonest and somehow missed the order, and by the time I contacted her, the store was closed. She should have just been honest, but since she didn’t, she should be held accountable.

I have a crazy class schedule and come here almost every day before a long commute to school on weekdays. No matter what day or hour I come by, service is always amazing, everyone is so friendly and nice and my order is always right! Love this location and the workers so much!

The service was awful. They were ruined me, and they got my order wrong three times.
