Tried to order off the 2 for 1 Pi Day coupon and they only sent one pizza. Tried to call and explain to them and they just wanted to make and deliver another pizza just to cut the conversation short. The guy on the phone basically said that he didn’t have time for us. When we received the ONE pizza, it looked like it had been dropped and all the toppings were piled up on one side.
I ordered through the app at 4pm and I had it ready for 5:45pm, I ordered a pizza with cheese on the edge and the bread on one side of the pizza was still raw, it needed to be cooked further, I ordered an order of potatoes with lemon pepper and I only received 13 strips of potatoes for 4 dollars and they were not seasoned. I asked for some cinnamon rolls for dessert and they were also raw in the middle. They needed to be fully cooked. A meal that I expected to be good since I paid 35 dollars for it turned out to be half raw and half bad ?
Great customer service. The young lady that answered the call was very knowledgeable regarding their menu. The order was for delivery and as she told me 30 minutes the pizzas were delivered in about 30 minutes. They were delish!!!
Being a manager at Pizza Hut this is very much unacceptable. My store would never send anything out like this. For one this is not a big dinner box. 2. The topping on this pizza are not even close to Pizza Hut standards. 3. If this was sent out DoorDash or even Uber where we my after stickers. This should definitely be a credit. I would take some time and Coach that team on how much quality plays a part in customer satisfaction.
