Food was cold then microwaved and inedible. Nothing came out at the same time. Waited 15 minutes for condiments. Never got an apology from the waiter and felt we were totally neglected. 4 wait staff walked by before we finally had to ask someone to clear our dirty dishes. The waited was more concerned with theatrics than actually serving us. We had to flag him down for drinks and a check as he never stopped at our table. We are regular customers however this has left a very poor taste in our mouths

Never been disappointed at Carbone Prime! Food is delicious and, our server Zachary was wonderful!
