Burger King - Roma

We ordered burgers that had precooked patties, some kid yelling for his mother at the top of his lungs. It turned out she is the supervisor on duty. No ketchup in the dispenser, seems they were out of ketchup. I can see why the place was deserted.

Good food and fair prices BUT! They have two windows and only using one. Hate the drive thru because they make you pull in to the side, like what?s the point of having the actual drive tru? And I wouldn?t mind but the fact that every time we get therethey never get out order right and never give us ketchup or sauce even when we request it, so I still have to get down my carand go request it. New manager that is organized and care for customer service is needed.

Customer service was horrible. One of the workers don't deserve to work there because of certain reasons,1:she attended us through drive thru and was acting rudely towards my famliy and I. 2: The nuggets were so powdery and tasted like they weren'tfinished through out the process. The food was the usual goodness,Its the worker and the NUGGETS for me

We got a Whopper Jr. and Chicken Fries! Highly recommend this location for quick and friendly service. ?????
