Il Buco Dal 1901 - Roma

The waiter, Alfredo, was agressive. He wanted to us to order at least three courses. He screamed at my mother and me in Italian, and even followed her to the bathroom. I asked to speak to the manager, but while I was trying to explain, the waiter continued yelling. The manager didn't seem to have any kind of authority over him. In the end, she tried to justify his behavior by saying it was rush hour and they needed to offer the tables to people who decided to spend a lot of money there. The restaurant was almost empty. I wrote a review a few months ago but they never apologized. I also noticed that many people have complained about the same waiter but the restaurant has done nothing about it. I would never go back to that restaurant, the whole experience was really scary.

Good location with.quiet atmosphere. Nice food, good service and very friendly staff… Very reasonably priced…

This pasta was amazing, Alfredo was a great server. On a quiet street and was exactly what we were hoping for.
