Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónAn awful experience how this business survives is beyond logic. My Roman friend and I decided to give the place a try for the first time on Saturday. We are habitual visitors at this shopping mall. Our table was full of greasy stains (so much for hygiene especially during pandemic times! even after the absent minded waitress gave it a quick, superficial wipe. It was around 2:30pm so well past rush hour and yet, it took a reminder after 10 minutes to get our bottle of sparkling water. We both ordered the same salad for which the price was €11 each and which arrived after thirty minutes.. The salads were meant to contain feta cheese and avocado amongst other ingredients but there was hardly a trace of either and the total quantity of the salad was less than half the bowl!! Although this joint automatically adds service charge, not once did any employee ask if we needed anything or whether the order met our expectations the manager was only focused on running the cash till a couple of feet away from our table.. We spent nearly €30 for one espresso coffee, a bottle of mineral water and two terrible salads. One would have to be more than desperate to ever make the mistake of going back to this terribly managed, overpriced eatery.
Food and service the night we arrived were both excellent. A week night was a good option as I'm sure this gets as crowded as anywhere else in Rome on a Saturday. Pasta was delicious and the wine by the glass was very good. Prices are incredibly reasonable.
We went to the restaurant while we visited Euroma2 mall,it’s a great place to have a perfect meal.we loved the burger it was super delicious, the pizza was tasty and the cacio pepe is recommended by me.
Found this place just a short walk from our hotel, should have realised from the moment we saw the place that it wouldn’t be a great experience. No breakfast menu outside and approached by the waiter telling us about breakfast (alarm bells should be ringing at this point) After sitting down, still no menu.. Told us they have american breakfast or italian breakfast. American: Omlette Italian: Croissant (Both of these are French) Anyway, an Americano, Cappucino and two bacom omletted later, a bill for €25 appears. Food and drink both ok. Nothing amazing. Far too expensive for what it was. Avoid.
Save yourself the experience if you’re a tourist. You will be considered stupid so hey think they can get away with anything. The lady manager is super rude and still tries to charge you service for treating you like an idiot. Place looks really nice but service is appalling.
