However, after we placed our order, we faced a long wait for our food. When the pizza finally arrived, we were informed that the garlic bread was unavailable. It took another 15 minutes for the remaining food to come out, and three burgers eventually arrived. After another 10 minutes, we asked about my daughter's chicken burger, only to discover that the chef had completely overlooked it in our order. The pizza hadn't been touched because it was bland and tasteless. Frustrated, I requested a refund for the missing items since my daughter didn't want to wait any longer for her meal. To say the evening was disappointing would be an understatement. The manager eventually came over to apologize and offered a full refund. He mentioned that his staff were doing their best but seemed overwhelmed by the demands of delivery orders. It might be helpful to have a dedicated chef to cater to dine-in customers as well, so that we are not overlooked.
