Like home. Informal but tastefully furnished location, between the shabby style and the provenzale, beautiful garden to live especially in summer, if you are looking for silence and peace sheltered from the heat. Food? Just great. Natascia and his kitchen are a guarantee of quality. Available to the variations, as it prepares everything on the moment, the menu is not wide and often changes), but refined, cooked with passion and especially taste. A vegetarian and vegan menu is also available. Sweets are surprising every time! It depends on the Chef! We have experienced the new autumn menu. Tastes of polenta with cheek and caramelised onion, potato cream with cabbage and crispy bacon, tusk with curcuma with sausage and bietole, truffle chicken with modified mushrooms without cream for us) and to finish currant tart with soy cream. We will return to experience the other dishes! Honest prices for quality and quantity. Friendly and friendly staff but professional when necessary. Despite the advice I wonder how the gestures are used to define this place good. I wouldn't even recommend it for a joke. Beyond that you have to have a pile to be able to get to the entrance without going on the trees because the lights are strictly off, as if the carabinieri did not see the cars parked, but we fly over. Antipasto with tartare cut to the knife in a very coarse and full of filaments. First absolutely stunned because the calves to the sepia black do not get married with the type of proposed sauce, which was not even good. The fillet with the berries is a grip for the backdrops as the dish was composed of bocconcini and not from the fillet and the berries were only frozen and not cooked. The accompanied vegetables were embarrassing, not even in the worst hospitals propane you something like that. Not even the wine was good. I'm so sorry because the place deserves a cook. And then... the tables that instead of the tablecloth are covered by the lace curtains of the idea and the napkins with the holes that are used maybe to clean the machine.
Several recent comments refer to the non-functional POS or the unmask-free staff (at least for once you understand well what is proposed in the menu but I think TRIP ADVISOR serves to judge other things more relevant to food. Well here you eat really well, the atmosphere is right, the friendly and fast service and the prices in the average. The only thing about the spiffers coming from the French doors in the room where I dined with wife and friends who at some point cooled quite the temperature but it was a minimal discomfort compared to the different good things found in this first dinner at Capra and Cavoli. I'll be back for sure.
