I do believe that because of the volume of students ordering at once, staff does not pay much attention to customers' requests. The Frappuccino is always sooo watery, despite telling to please make it light on the ice. Never to my liking. Never ordering from here ever again.

The food and service provided by the store staff were good. However, the restaurant didn't have croissants and yogurt, and that's an inconvenience for the customers since it was part of the menu breakfast.

Asked for a shaken espresso and I'm pretty sure they had no idea how to make it, and asked me like 5 times what I was ordering.
