Pick up was fast and easy and the employees this afternoon were all very respectful andpersonable. It hit the spot, thanks guy's!
When I go to the drive through, the food is fresh and a lot. When I ordered DoorDash delivery, twice, the food is dry, seems like it was pre made and been sitting out for awhile. Also, they skimp on the ingredients. Burritos are small and so is powerbowl. I will never order deliver to me again. Very, very disappointed and upset.
I visited the drive-thru, so I cannot comment on the atmosphere inside the restaurant. However, the staff at the Wendover were very courteous and polite.
I ordered a beefy five layer burrito with no beans at the drive-through. It turns out that the cashier misheard my request as no beef instead of no beans. When I asked for a remake, he refused and instead instructed me to remove the first tortilla and wipe off the beans myself. He did not offer a refund and even argued about remaking the order. This was the strangest experience I've ever had at a restaurant.
We ordered 8 burritos at this restaurant, 4 with green sauce and 4 with red sauce. We requested no onions in the 4 red sauce burritos. The first three burritos were good, but the fourth one had way too many onions and hardly any beans. The service was terrible. Additionally, the 4 green sauce burritos came with red sauce instead. This Taco Bell has some of the worst service I've ever experienced.
