Chopt Creative Salad Co.

I have ordered from this location several times, and recently it's become a bit unpredictable in terms of food quality. More often than not, my orders are incomplete, with missing ingredients or items. Additionally, the staff has generally been rude, with only a few exceptions. Management really needs to address these concerns, as we, the customers, are paying too much for below-average salads and unsatisfactory customer service.

We really appreciate the quality and portion sizes of the salads here! I highly recommend the Mexican Caesar; it's consistently delicious and has a nice kick to it!

The servers need to familiarize themselves with the menu, as no one could explain the Chicken Tinga to me. Additionally, my Chop'd salad was poorly prepared; it wasn't chopped or tossed at all, leaving all the dressing and toppings at the bottom. Furthermore, they should provide clearer information about what comes with the salad or bowl. Today, they just added toppings and charged me for most of them, which made it quite expensive. Overall, this is fancy fast food, but it should be better for the price.

I finally had the opportunity to check out this restaurant and I visited for lunch after seeing their website. As a brand new establishment, the place was spotless. The staff was very cheerful and welcoming. At first, the extensive menu options can feel a bit overwhelming. We decided to try the classic Cobb salad and the warm chicken tinga bowl, and I opted for the bowl with cauliflower rice for a small additional charge. This was my first experience with cauliflower rice instead of regular rice, and while it is definitely different, it’s not too noticeable in the end. It’s a great way to cut down on carbs. Both dishes came with a piece of chewy bread (not the best choice for those looking to reduce carbs). Overall, the salads were delicious and had a fresh taste. We will definitely return to try the many other options available.

@andiamoadventure fulfills my salad cravings perfectly! As a daily Starbucks customer, the fact that this Chopt is located right next door means I find myself there about once or twice a week. The food is tasty, and the restaurant has a clean and pleasant atmosphere, both inside and out. The staff is really friendly, too. However, the quality of the food isn't exceptional. Being a chain, you know what to expect. Occasionally, the chicken can be a bit rubbery, which makes me wonder about its sourcing and preparation. Despite that, I'll definitely be back! Haha!
