They don’t value online orders employee told me online orders are last priority so they would make it after all the walk ins were don’t as if the online customers don’t deserve there order dont on time cause there not there people order food at a certain time to get it at a certain time not when the employee feels is time to make it
Food is good. Been going there since the 90s. Could use friendlier staff. The woman at the counter needs to learn to hustle, especially during lunch. It can totally return to its former glory if they improved the front end. Again, great food and worth the effort toward change.
Ordered Dickey's through UberEats for lunch the other day. I thought the meat portions were a lot less than they've been before, but enough to get full. The side portions were extremely generous. I was pretty satisfied with the flavors considering it was a quick delivery meal. I kinda wish they would have included some of their spicy BBQ sauce. Based on the previous reviews, I will probably not dine in any time soon but will still consider them for my BBQ delivery needs.
