Mcdonald's - Round Rock

The restaurant wasn't busy. We were fourth in the line on the drive thru and after 10 minutes waiting with zero movement, I decided to order inward. Ordered the food to go and watched as a person cleaned, a person made the food and three others stood around and watched. The pommes were cold, but not surprised, based on what I saw. If I were the man/owner, I would have to dispense with the total lack of effort of more than half of the employees.

Had points. Use the app to buy a free happy food for my daughter. I have a spicy chicken deluxe, but I got a non-spicy chicken deluxe. I went home and added Tabasco. All right. I guess. Is a spicy chicken equal price than a non-picy chicken? Food: 3/5

I went through the ride, ordered a fillet of fish and a large strawberry banana bottle. The guy gives me my smoothie only 3/4 full. When I asked him why it wasn't full, he asked me if I wanted more? If I had ordered a big one, why would I choose a medium? He took his sweet time more and more and it was not busy so he did it on purpose. When I started eating my fish sandwich, I discovered that there were less than half of cheese on it. About a third of the disk. Does McDonald try to cut corners by giving customers less than they ordered and bad service on top????? I should have read the reviews before I stopped here!!! It's by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been, and I've been to them from Maine to Texas and everywhere in between!

It's always slow the workers are nice. I think management must come with a faster way to get food for customers. Because it is definitely not fast food. I'm sorry.

NEVER EVER EVER EVERRRR EVEERRRRRRR USE THE DRIVE THRU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Slowest drive thru!!! Traveling to visit family and stoped to get something to eat.. the wait slowed me down by 2 hours. IF YOU ARE DRIVING BY AND WANT TO STAY ON TRACK DONT STOP HERE GO TO CANES DOWN THE ROAD!
