Taco Bell - Roxboro

I got there 30 minutes before they close and the lady would not come to the drive-through window she looked at us and just kept sweeping and they weren?t even closed yet. She didn?t even open the window and say they were closing early she just ignored usuntil we finally drove away. I counted four cars that drove away with us very angry I will never go here again either sodisappointing

I had to wait 30 minutes for food that was disappointing. The tacos were mushy instead of being crispy, and the fries were cold with a stale, freezer-burned taste. A place I once loved has now turned into one I would never return to.

I ordered a cheese quesadilla, nacho fries, one cheesy bean and rice burrito, and one chicken Chipotle burrito. Instead, I received someone else's order, which included a steak chalupa, a Doritos Locos taco, a chicken and cheese quesadilla, and a beef burrito. After realizing the mistake, I turned around and went back inside to explain the situation. The staff member handed me a new bag with an apology, so I drove to the parking lot, only to find a chicken sandwich in the bag. Unsure of how this error could occur, I went back inside to let them know that I still had the wrong order. At that point, the girl had taken my receipt earlier, and thankfully, they remembered me. She then gave me another bag containing my quesadilla, cheesy bean and rice burrito, and nacho fries. I thanked them and headed home, only to discover that I still had a chicken quesadilla. Normally, this might have been great for someone else, but as a vegetarian, all of this food ended up going to waste. In total, I ended up with just three items (plus a Baja Blast to drink) while receiving a string of other people's orders. It was incredibly frustrating and confusing. I really don't think it's the fault of the workers; they seem overworked and stressed. It's clear that something needs to change to positively impact this location.

In my last two visits to the drive-thru, I experienced incredibly long wait times. On my first visit, I waited in line for 28 minutes. The following week, I thought maybe it was just a one-time issue, so I timed my visit and it took 33 minutes to receive my food. I suspect they don't have enough staff to manage the rush.

I was just greeted with Taco Bell or KFC, our Taco Bell person is leaving. I was here for Taco Bell so, i left too.
