I spoke with the manager and tried to explain, however, she would not give me my food even though I had a receipt and paid for it because she did not see that I checked in on her side of things, effectively stealing $30 from me.
How hard is it to put sauce in a bag? I asked for sauce with all these nuggets and nothing. They literally put it on the screen. Make sure people can read and follow instructions.
Worst experience of my life. Trying to order Happy Meals to take to school for a birthday lunch. After every item ordered, we were told to “hold on a minute”, causing us to run late with the kids food. Mind you, only 4 Happy meals were purchased. Not rocket science. Then we finally get to the area to pick up food, they were of course, WRONG. WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT REMOVING ONIONS. It’s just mind blowing. Also I did NOT rate the food a three. I give the entire experience ONE HALF.
I always come here because i live in royse city and my order is always wrong, none of the girls wear hair nets and the people that get put on the drive thru are always so rude and rush me to order
What is the point of ordering in the mobile app if when you arrive to the place, they make you pull into a curbside parking spot?? This has happened the past three times! I always order less than 5 items too! This is horrible customer service! There was just 3 girls standing around the drive through window and nothing was said to me for atleast 2 minutes before telling me to pull into a parking spot. The food is never hot! Don't waste my your money here
