Horrible service and very rude staff.Ever willing to embarrass customers over a food you paid for.Food very horrible

My food should not take 30 minutes to be prepared. The food is good, but the staff is not very attentive. They need to work on speeding up the service as soon as possible.

As a frequent customer, I consistently receive excellent service at this restaurant. The staff and delivery drivers are extremely friendly. I have only encountered one issue with my order in the past, which was promptly resolved. The food always exceeds my expectations!

We ordered food from this restaurant and waited for our order for approximately 3 hours. We tried contacting the store 93 times with no answer. Despite requesting an update, our order still did not arrive and we did not receive a refund because the order was placed through Just Eat. The service was terrible and the restaurant is a disgrace. Do not waste your time or money ordering from here. We strongly advise against going to Pepe's Peri Peri in Rugby. They need to improve their service or leave the area.

Used to be a regular customer, but over the last few years they have gone downhill massively and it has gotten to the point where they never get a single order right for us. There has also been a number of occasions where they just don’t supply us our food. We have once again been left with no food. Do not recommend ordering from here if you actually want to eat. They will also lie to you up until close and you will be left not knowing what to do.
