However, upon arrival, I was put off by the sight of feces hanging from the bin outside. Inside, the restaurant was in poor condition, with a dirty floor and leftover trash on my table. Although the toilets were clean, the overall cleanliness of the place was lacking. The employees seemed unfriendly and unenthusiastic, giving me short and quiet responses when I asked about drink options. Despite the food tasting fine, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome during my 20-minute visit. The lack of attention to cleanliness, especially in the midst of a pandemic, was concerning. The employees did not even acknowledge when I cleaned up my own table and threw away my rubbish. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and will not be returning to this Subway location.
I frequently visit this Subway location. I must say, it is consistently clean. The staff is always efficient and friendly, even during busy times. The food is consistently delicious and fresh.
This restaurant is a lovely alternative to the typical fast food options. They have a good variety of vegan and gluten-free options, which is great to see. The peaceful, personal, and clean environment makes it one of my favorite stops when I'm out shopping.
My kids absolutely adore coming to this restaurant.
We were very impressed by the care and attention given to preparing a gluten-free Subway sandwich for a diner with Celiac disease.
