Mcdonald's - Russellville

Idk what's going on today but I spent 10 minutes waiting at the speaker with a line stretched to the road behind me and no one ever said a word. I had to drive to the window to give my code. Y'all need to staff this place accordingly no one should be waiting 20 to 30 minutes for McDonald's food

It was lunch time and I went in to place my order. I used the app code to earn points. I was in and out of there in a very timely manner. My large caramel frappe with extra caramel, extra espresso, and large fry was delicious. ?Parking: There are handicap spots and plenty of parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals rock ??Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap parking spots with enough room for a lift ramp and the sidewalk is wheelchair accessible.

Where to start. Only one person was actually nice and friendly she is too good for that place. The other didn't say anything and didn't ask any questions. Just waiting in a line for my food for almost 15 minutes to get my order that I placed online 20 minutes before I went there. Nobody offered anything to make up for the wait. They never asked if I could pull into the curbside parking lot. I have never been treated like that at that location. They normally offer me a drink or something for the long wait. I worked in fast food for a couple years. If you had to wait longer than a couple of minutes we would offer a pie, drink, milkshake, or an ice cream cone. Our customers were important and if the wait was going to be longer than expected we asked for you to pull up or into a parking space and kindly offer one of the said items. Out of respect for our customers.Parking: There were too many people trying to get their online orders and zero spots to allow us to pull up unless you were curbside to pick up the order. And so limited on the pull forward nobody else could park to wait.

Fish sandwiches were a mixture of hard and chewy. I can say my drinks were good.

Went thru the drive thru, long line, but moved at an amicable pace. Fries where great but my burger was barely warm and the bread seemed a bit stiff.
