Thai Chili 2 Go - S Higley Rd

To be honest, this Thai restaurant served the worst food I've ever had. Despite it being a chain, something just felt off when I finished my meal. The pad thai was flavorless and seemed to be made to be waterproof. Even the tom kha soup, which is usually hard to mess up here in Arizona, was surprisingly terrible.

The family-sized soup was one-third empty and when asked about it, I requested for it to be filled. Unfortunately, it was so salty that I had to throw it away.

Very disappointed tonight. sent to chandler height / higley location at 5:00 to find door locked and hours said they were open until 9. I went into my car and then saw a few workers in the cleaning. I called my family to see what they wanted me to pick up and then I decided that I would call because it was one of the workers who had a ticket set up. no phone answer after a few minutes said I was next door. another dame went up and recognized door was locked. she looked into the window and then went to the side and came on her phone. a few minutes later a worker came and unlocked the door. then I went and asked if they were open and they said yes. no reason why the door was closed? then I waited 32 minutes for my order. most of my order sat there ready to be cold for almost 10 minutes while the rest was cooked. when we got him home, the Thai fried rice with huh was only three quarters full. the recovery was good except that the dumplings were soggy. very disappointed about service and quality of food tonight.

This place is an absolute demolition. only $13 paid for an order of panang and what I got was a bowl with green paprika, sauce and 5 tiny pieces huh.

I have been ordering from this restaurant for a while now, but recently I have noticed that they have been cutting back on the amount of protein in their dishes. My pad prig pau dish was mostly onions with sauce and only had about 2 slices of chicken in it, all for the price of $12. I tried calling to complain, but I have been on hold for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone, so I am leaving this review instead. Update: I have also sent them an email as requested, but I have not received a response.
