Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI was shocked for an breakfast place, they had no espresso machine. the cold mandible milk they served with my coffee was split, carton was probably open over a week. the tofu on our two dressed approached cold, suspected they cook it first then cooked the remaining components. as others have said, cash only business. they also calculate $2.50 per dish to make them vegan.
Great seating outdoors and dog friendly. the personal is worth knowing about their vegan offers. the ingredients are simple and high quality. the responsible want to impress their values clearly in the form of ketchup and only cash intake on their customers. (They have a cash machine. these are things that I can respect, but not with ketchup is annoying when they are vegan and they remove the taste of other ingredients such as cheese and acid cream. the menu is not marked, they simply know that they are willing to sub-tofu or soy chorizo where eier are involved. they offer soy,- mandel or heel milk for their delicious hot or icey coffee.
This place has huge portions! I ordered pancakes and the breakfast burrito to split with a friend. Half a burrito was almost too much for me I ended up only having a few bites of pancakes which were supposed to be pumpkin but didn’t look pumpkiny or taste it. They were more like spice pancakes.
Went here for breakfast on the way to Lake Tahoe. There didn't seem to be that many options on the menu, and they weren't marked, but when the waiter heard me ask about non-dairy, he asked if I were vegan, and let me know about possible options. He also said they were developing vegan pancakes. I got the oatmeal without honey. It was quite tasty and filling!
I would give Orphan 5 stars but unfortunately Happy Cow only allows that for fully vegan restaurants... many things on their menu can be veganized , they can substitute tofu for eggs, their rosemary potatoes are vegan and so are their tamales which are to die for! They also have amazing food for any meat eating friends that go with you. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, just an overall great breakfast spot that you should def check out if you are in the Sacramento area!
