Caravan Food Truck Uzbek Cuisine Halal

I usually eat fish, so I need a little persuasion to try vegan sushi, but I would definitely return with my vegan friends. We arrived on a weekend at 5 PM, and we were quickly seated at the sushi bar for our party of three. I was really impressed by the wide range of appetizers and sushi roll flavors available! The karaage was crispy just as I hoped for a soy-based version. It came with a mayo sauce, but I preferred it with a squeeze of lemon.

The food is average. I always call ahead since I only have a 30-minute break. This time, I called and specifically mentioned that I would arrive in 10 minutes. However, when I got there, my order wasn't ready. I was asked to wait for 5 minutes, but I ended up waiting 27 minutes for just one beef shawarma, which still wasn't prepared. This is unacceptable.

The Uzbek food here is incredible, and the service is very friendly. I will definitely be coming back with my family. My favorite dishes were all three kebab options and the rice.

The beef shwarma was the best thing I have ever eaten in my life.The burrito wrapping on the swarma was crispy and the inside of the shwarma was juicy so I thought they worked very well together. The flavor of everything together in the wrap was *chefs kiss* perfection. Had umami and savory and sweet and meaty, so delicious with so much flavor without being overwhelming on spices or salt or anything. The veggies inside were still fresh and crispy as well. They can cook, just wow.

Love their shawarma, tried both chicken and beef, beef is my choice would recommend to friends. Would also like more locations
