Lumberjack's - Sacramento County

The one-pound burger was bland and lacked seasoning. The waiter was rude and neglected my date's request for a plain burger, instead bringing it with all the toppings. They then denied ever being told this, gaslighting my friend. This behavior is unacceptable. The waiter should improve their attitude and listening skills, or perhaps consider a job at the DMV instead.

I am only giving this restaurant two stars because the host who seated me was friendly and the tea was refreshing. However, the server who attended to me did not take my order accurately, was impolite, and dismissed my concerns when she brought out the food. She then proceeded to ignore me completely in favor of my companion for the entire meal. The burger was bland and the bun was excessively large. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
