This is the place to be if you want to taste the traditional yamagata mountain culture. the place is amazing, with a magnificent view of the river and a small Japanese shrine, the customer service is impeccable, dressed with the nice ladies in beautiful kimonos, and the mountain kitchen is very creatiw and delicious. the amount of food is gigantic. I took the smallest one, but still on a full blow. this place is a real gem that justifies one stop in nishikawa only for the beauty of the place and the quality of the food.

今シーズンは、たまきさんがひな人形を華やかに飾り、お店に来た人の目線をどうぞ。 コロナ危機に備えて今ややってみるチャンスがないので、注文しました。 名前はヒナゼンの味箱です。 ご家族7名、親子7名、親子で一緒に過ごしました。 ノンアルコールの白酒も付属しており、高級感を演出! 味が良くないだけでなく、見た目も抜群です。 おかげさまで、家族と素敵な時間を過ごしました。 2022.2.24の 訪問しました。 雪量がすごい! 今年はたくさんあるそうです。 しかし、この雪は溶け、春に完全に消えるので、それはまた素晴らしいです。 今年は、自然豊かな西川町の恵みを満喫できる玉木さんヒナゼンを注文しました。

食は素晴らしい場所。 そしてそれは素晴らしいホスピタリティショップです。 カスタマーサービス、ホスピタリティ、そして応答性など、様々な理由がありますが、一般的に「おもてなし」という言葉でまとめることができると思います。 とても楽しく楽しい時間でした。

お店からの景色も絶景で対応してくださった女将さんもとても気さくな方で素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。 料理が本当に山菜尽くしで文句なしで美味しかったです。あと鮎もとてもふっくら柔らかく最高でした。贅沢な時間でした。
