We ordered jamocha ice cream in a cup and chocolate chip in a sugar cone. We got jamocha almond fudge (I can't eat this due to allergies) and the chocolate chip was in a waffle cone (my husband can't stand waffle cones) the lighting was so poor at this location that you really couldn't tell what you were getting. I didn't discover the mix up until we got home since mine is on a cup, so glad I waited otherwise an er visit would be in my near future. He didn't give us a spoon fir the ice cream in the cup. He discovered his about 2 minutes away from the store. So much for an ice cream treat. Please pay attention to what your customers are ordering, we're ordering them for a reason.
The employees here seem like they hate their jobs and don’t make the experience enjoyable, at all. i feel like they’re all young and just don’t care about their jobs.and for some reason, this location always seems to be A LOT slower than all others. the wait times are pretty rough.
So I go this morning to get a dozen assorted donuts and drinks. Well my first mistake was asking for an assortment and not picking them out myself. The young girl, I think her name was Jessica gave me pretty much all the same type of cake donuts, no frosted, no sprinkles not much of any kind of assortment. So I went back up to ask if there was a price difference in the donuts and if that was why I didn 't get that good of an assortment. The first thing she says, well we can 't change them out. So I asked again what is the difference and I would have liked a little better of an assortment. She then said she would make me another box and to keep that one. Well out of nowhere this young guy comes and snatches the box out of my hands very rudely and tossed the box on another counter. I asked the girl why he took the box if she said I could keep it. to be clear I would have paid for the better assorted box, I wasn 't trying to get free donuts. However, no one even gave me the chance to say that. I told the guy he was very rude and he started raising his voice and making a scene. I asked who the manager was, he pointed to another young lady. I told her he has poor customer service. She says I know and I will have a talk with him. First off all if she knew this why allow that, secondly she didn 't even tell him to stop or anything. He kept arguing and raising his voice and she still didn 't say anything. I will not go to this location ever again, I don 't care if it is literally down the street from my house. I will go out of my way to somewhere else. This type of customer service is not acceptable and you need to put your employees through some sort of back to basics customer service training otherwise they shouldn 't be working in that type of position.
I like Mocha Cappuccino Blasts from Baskin Robbins, but this location almost always says they are out of the cappuccino mix that they use to make them. I have not been able to get one each of the last 4 times I have gone and ordered one. One of the times they told me all of their blenders were broken; that is a new excuse for them. For as much as they charge you would think they would at least put in a little effort to have decent customer service. The cappuccino blasts seem to be available less than half of the time. They are frequently out of many routine supplies such as straws that are long enough to use with large cups, vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream, etc. Customer service seems to be getting worse and worse over the past year.
