Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis was the worst experience ever. After preparing our order, they didn't inform us when it was ready. We had to check ourselves to see if it was ready or not. The staff was terrible and provided bad customer service.
They could at least fill the ice caps since they are not cheap. Politely asked the girl to fill it up a bit more and she rudely refused.
Messed up the order, had to repeat twice and they still messed it up.Had to come back twice afterwards to make a simple breakfast sandwich.Waited over 45 minutes to order and another 20 minutes to receive my messed up order.Customer service was horrible aswell.The staff was all in 1 corner talking while the line up inside AND at the drive through were very long.Last time at that tim hortons, never going back there again and I believe the worst restaurant/coffee shop i've ever witnessed.

During Labor Day weekend, my family stayed in this area while our kids attended a local camp. Tim's was our go-to spot every day. Despite only remembering a little bit of French from high school, I found it easy to use the mobile app to place our orders. The staff was incredibly busy but still managed to be friendly and accommodating. Thank you to everyone at Tim's for their hard work and excellent service.
