Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónMy dining partner and I ordered the same poke bowl and waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to receive our order. There were other customers also experiencing long waits. The sushi chef was working alone and very slow, and the new employee at the cash register was struggling. Customers who had placed phone orders in advance arrived to find their orders not prepared. We were extremely disappointed with the service and feel that it was poor management to have minimal staff during busy hours. There was no apology for the long wait. We will never return to this restaurant.
Despite the long wait times and lack of responsiveness when trying to place an order over the phone, the sushi at this restaurant is good. However, the staff could use some improvement in terms of friendliness and customer service. I did encounter a long hair in my sushi once, so be cautious.
The ramen at this restaurant is not authentic and just average, so I would not recommend it. The sushi is okay, but overall it feels more like a fast food sushi takeout place.
