Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWent a few times and didn’t have any issue, but my last visit they got my order wrong after I clearly stated what I wanted three times. Then when I tried the smoothie it was very watery and tasteless. Will go else where next time.
I really love body energy club smoothies and wraps. All their food I’ve tried is really amazing. The staff are always polite and friendly. I cannot give 5 stars to this location because the amount of time it takes to make a smoothie is beyond. They have lost my order before as well gave excuses about online order volumes. I can believe the volume of orders are a lot however the number of staff making smoothies is often only one person. Other locations such as Arbutus and those downtown have multiple blenders going and multiple staff making orders. I often see 3 or more staff just standing around fixing shelf items or stocking stuff or chatting. Perhaps the manager should reprioritize the customer in store getting their orders within a reasonable amount of time like the other locations seem to manage quite well. Other than that I love BEC and wish there were more locations.

Stuart (Stewart? is an awesome dude with the utmost professionalism as was very kind and informative during my first visit and purchase at Body Energy Club. The smoothie was delicious and I was eager to go back a short while later to take advantage of the next smoothie I was told would be 50% off.At the time of my next visit, however, I was treated very rudely and in a condescending manner by Pedro, who did not honour the 50% off. There were two customers before me who both received that offer. No explanation was given as to why I wasn’t being given what I was offered previously. It was quite an embarrassing experience and left a sour taste in my mouth.I will give this location another go, and am hoping that my future visits will be good experiences and free of false advertising and confusing information and expectations surrounding the loyalty program.My man Stuart/Stewart gets 5 stars though every time. The world needs more people like him at the helm.
