If you're visiting for the ice cream, you'll be well taken care of, just like at any other Dairy Queen. I would give them 4 stars for their ice cream and service, as the staff has always been friendly during my visits. However, I deducted 1 star due to my experience with their food offerings. I ordered hotdogs, and they arrived soggy and unappetizing. It was clear they had been microwaved, and the bread was hard as a rock while the bottom was mushy. Overall, I would rate the ice cream 4 stars, but I can only give the food section 1 star. I recommend avoiding their food items.
My only complaint is that they should stop discontinuing flavors based on the seasons because we want our favorites available all year round!
The staff here are friendly and welcoming, and they speak English, making it a great spot in the heart of St. Jean.
The party cake for my daughter was excellent, and the staff even asked her if she wanted to add a cone for her celebration. Such thoughtful service!
