We visited Hazels with our kids while we were in town. The bagel and croissant sandwiches were barely warm, but had good flavor. The coffee is great, but the staff didn’t go out of their way for even mediocre customer service, which is sad because the atmosphere was warm and fun. At least the selection of fun mugs and shirts made up for blah service, and the coffee is the reason for the overall higher score. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Great drinks. Lots of flavor and a nice atmosphere. It is pricey for some drinks so I don't visit real often. A decent stop on a rare occasion. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
