And when i got to the window the staff looked like they hated being there. I love Popeyes but chose not to purchase anything on this trip, bc would it even be cooked right or proper food handling be followed?Food: 3/5
If I could give zero stars I would. We pulled up in line and complete chaos! The woman manager was outside directing cars asking if they were door dash or Ubereats, while talking to a man who was just hanging out outside not in uniform) , we order our food as the line moves slowly forward when we finally get to the window then pay , we get our sodas and we waited 30 minutes for another employee to give us the wrong food , while another female employee has gloves on touching everything on site it was very unsanitary) right off after seeing that we should of left , also there was a child that kept walking past the counter we could see him threw the drive threw window pointing and clearly was the managers son. when we ask for a refund to just leave after seeing all of this unorganized unsanitary situation, we got an attitude and argument about how understaffed and if we would like a job the line would move faster, while we were being very patient with this whole situation. I just want to bring awareness so someone can get this under control.
A nightmare! I have been in line 40 minutes. Once your in line you are stuck because of the way it's laid out. Workers in the parking lot arguing while one person is working. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Ridiculous
Walked in and noticed a Doordarshan driver waiting on food...the young lady bend the counter just placed the food on the counter and didn 't say a word to him. She came from the back and told the man with a attitude that they were out of blackened chicken and he would have to call the customer and let them know....my wife and I looked at each other and laughed.When she took our order my wife order 5 strips...she ask my wife what type of sauce and with the same attitude she answered. I ordered 3 piece with fries and noticed she she picked up 2 cups..and we told her we didn 't want drinks...she said I asked you if it 's a combo and I told he we never said anything about combos. She walks to the back and bring the manager up and said again I ask them if they wanted a combo...I tell her again we never ask for a combo and she started to raise her voice....her manager tells her this is what I 've been telling you about and told her to stop talking. The manager then turs to me and says I 've been trying to train her and she 's a child....I explaint to the manager...it doesn 't matter how old she us if she is dealing with customers...she us not supposed to have a terrible attitude.We decided to leave and as we wereleaving u hear the manager yell...you wouldn 't argue with your child like that and I went back to let her know that MY child would have e more respect than that!
Showed up 27 minutes after they opened for a DoorDash pickup. They said “ma’am it’s gonna be a minute, we just opened.” Then after 15 minutes I pulled back around and he said “ma’am we’re not even open yet.” I was livid. You cannot just open whenever you want to. The lobby is always locked. Terrible service. He proceeded to sweep the sidewalk while I was waiting for my order. Sad excuse for a restaurant.
