Caribou Coffee - Saint Paul

I used to frequent a different location but started going to this Caribou due to relocating to the area. I have to say, I’m incredibly impressed with the quality here, my drink orders have been on point every time.

Not one To complain about service. But today I ordered a coffee waited 10 minutes they forgot to make it. then I reminded them they said they would make it immediately. 10 minutes later they still hadn't made it. At least 15 people pass me by after I had already ordered and got their stuff. Everything is fine with that but they didn't really seem to think it was that big of a deal. They just made excuses that it was too busy.

Good service. Relaxing areas to sit in a nice laid out dining/study surrounded.

I met a person to complete an FB Marketplace transaction in a public place. The system is clean and attractive. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, quiet place to meet friends, etc.

This is a great place to have meetings. You have two meeting rooms that are very well done. Amy, the manager, is fantastic. With all the challenges that no one wants to work, they do the best with what they have. I highly recommend them. If you want to complain because things are longer than usual or that your order was not correct, try to note that almost everywhere you go in those days that people do not want to work so that most places are underoccupied, under paid and over worked. Be patient. And if you are not willing to help the current problems of our society, then you simply accept which service you get and be grateful. Amy and your team are doing great! Go on!
