Holiday Stationstores - Saint Paul

The layout of this memory makes zero sense. There were two lines that led to one guy who made check-out, and could not see the other, and booting the cashier seemed to pick people randomly to check. Very lazy and uninterested in providing a good experience. I'll avoid it if it's not necessary?

Horrible customer service !! 6 people in line 3 registers 3 employees behind the counter 1 register open. 1 employee working while the other 2 just stood there having a personal conversation not even attempting to help considering they both looked at the line of CUSTOMER'S and just kept talking. 1 employee was even leaning on a display be hind the counter. What a joke of a store will never go back.

A lot has changed at this holiday location, many have had great experiences here. If you were one of the few who didn't I hope you'll give them one more chance to WOW you! I'm sure they will! I'm sooo sure they will I'll offer you a coffee on me with their new amazing coffee machines!

I had an extremely long rant written but I will tone it down. The help unfortunately make it look like they're doing you a favor if they assist you. No smiles here. Also no towels at the pump any of them. There is another Holiday close by. They might be cheerier there.

Attendant was sleeping with her head down at the register, threw drinks around when scanning them rather rudely, and didn't even offer to give me a receipt. Personally, I'd go to one of the other 5 or so gas stations within a mile or two, much better customer service than here.
